PRESSED CHOCOLATE
flourless chocolate cake topped with dark chocolate ganache, garnished with chocolate sauce, crème anglaise and fresh whipped cream.

GIANT CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE
dark chocolate mousse and white chocolate fondant in a shell of tempered dark chocolate

CHOCOLATE TOWER
Layers of dark chocolate cake, dark and white chocolate mousse topped with bitter chocolate ganache and garnished with crème anglaise and chocolate sauce.

CRÈME CARAMEL
crème anglaise, caramel sauce and whipped cream.

UPSIDE DOWN APPLE TART
baked granny smith apple slices under a thin layer of puff pastry, topped with ice cream and caramel sauce.

ICE CREAM
tower of lemon meringue ice cream in between two baked merinque cookies, garnished with raspberry coulis and crème anglaise.
